I'm not sure, I haven't touched most of these in almost a decade. Probably not, as the trigger is usually a pretty low priority when making a tf2 weapon.

do all of your weapons have posable triggers?

Originally, when the Informer was created, the last dart(the pyroland dart) was unfinished. When I got it polished and ready to go, I updated the submission with the dart and added an arrow pointing to the next page. I mainly did this to show the extra detail in the pyroland gas compared to the other darts.

This looks like something solid snake would use.

Sure, go right ahead. I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Also, do you mind if I make a video which would showcase the effects of all the darts in it?

This [orig09.deviantart.net] is what the CT-180 looks like in NOLF 2. It's currently equipped with Tracking Darts, but can be used to fire Tranquilisers, Camera Disablers, and whatnot. So in essence, despite having a silver and dark color scheme, and a different appearance, in function it's similar to the Informer here. (Also, NOLF 2 came out in 2002)

I've never played No One Lives Forever, or the second one, and I couldn't track down an image of what it looks like. I'm not sure how similar my gun is to that one. The reason I made so many darts was due to the previous stat discussion for the item, where people kept proposing a different dart type for the weapon.

The gun is inspired heavily from the "Pneu Dart Model 179B CO2 Pistol", and a few other miscellaneous CO2 based weapons from the 1970's.

Tell me, was this weapon inspired by the CT-180 Utility Launcher from No One Lives Forever 2? It's also a pistol-like dart gun with a ridicolous number of dart varieties for different purposes.

Used the gun itself here a while back: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=917795343

Going to hopefully do a lot more Man From Uncle stuff with SFM in the future.

That is a massive ammount of detail. Amazing.

Ooh, right, I wasn't looking straight it seems. Meh, in this case I wouldn't bother personally, but, well, your call I guess :P
Astute  [author] 25 May, 2015 @ 5:16pm
I did in fact put it in the filename, it says "hwm_dartgun_spy". I suppose changing that real quick wouldn't be terrible, but if anyone had done any animating with it, they would have to rebind the gun by changing the file path...

Actually, I think I'll go ahead and fix that issue. Sorry guys, I screwed up the naming, but I'll comb through real fast and fix it. Thankfully it's only been about a week or so, hopefully it won't step on too many toes.
R234 25 May, 2015 @ 5:11pm
The only place that says HWM is the first sentence of the description, surely that's easy enough to change? It's not like you put it in the weapon's filename or anything.

Oh, really great design by the way. I might just feature it in one of my videos one day :D
Astute  [author] 25 May, 2015 @ 4:50pm
Ah, I always assumed that HWM referred to the fact it was retrofitted to work with SFM. I foolishly assumed HWM meant High World Model, but I see now it is Hardware Morph. A shame, but I can't really change that at this point(considering people are now using this model). Thanks for pointing that out, I will change my naming for any future submissions.
R234 25 May, 2015 @ 4:43pm
HWM version? The gun has facial flexes?
Dupp 25 May, 2015 @ 7:47am
Looks rad man
Paintbrush Poltergeist 25 May, 2015 @ 3:27am
I really love your bullet types. Thanks so much for this. Might make a little video of it.
