Prior to my comment I installed a mod organising tool, LOOT, and reinstalled all of my current mods including this one, seems to have fixed it. Sorry I should’ve said something

@Beast of Stone Do you have any other mods running which modify the Orcish Armor?

IIRC I didn't make new armor forms for the armor worn by these guys, so if you have another mod which modifies the orcish armor, it may cause that.

You could try moving this mod up or down your load order.

Great mod! Thanks for all your time and effort putting it all together. These powerful guys are like life guards and they don't count as followers. People without them are really missing out. Kudos :):steamhappy:

@joshdavies0000 Sounds like you are using another mod which changes the steel armour or the Invisible race... Try moving this mod to the bottom of your load order and see if that helps.

@AppleHole109 They should only replace the thralls that show up as enemies, not the "cattle" in Castle Volkihar. Anyway, you ought to know if you're trying to feed on one, unless you do it blindfolded.

When it says "Replaces some Vampire Thralls". Does that mean other vampires will use this rather then the normal thralls that look like bandits? I'm just worried i might be feeding off of these things in Castle Volkihar.

I think it would be difficult (and beyond my skill) to do a mounted NPC who actually holds a head while riding, though. Mounted NPCs are extremely rare in the game, which suggests that it's very difficult to make them work. Mounted enemies are almost non-existent - apart from the Riekling Chargers in Dragonborn, I haven't seen anyone do mounted enemies in Skyrim. Which is a shame, as that would be awesome.

The 60 sec summon is Adept, the Thrall version is Master (but I put it in Expert vendor lists, because all the Master ones force you to do quests first)

Yep, they are conjuration, and you ought to be able to buy them from any of the major spell vendors (if they happen to have one in stock).

suggestion:
do you remember the corrupted shades you encounter during the merida's light mission? if you could add a dark shadowey fog to them similar to the frost effect on frozen enemies (but black) it would give them a dark malignant look to them!!!!

of course this is just a suggestion and i dont kno the difficulty of giving a fog effect on scripting but i guarantee it'l make this mod even COOler!!!! (pun pun pun)

@brown in my pants IIRC they should at least be found at Bloodlet Throne, Haemar's Shame and Moldering Ruins (DG). Probably also in some DG vampire attack events too. When I have time I'll check where they actually spawn, and maybe make them a bit more common and increase their variety a bit...

The hood can have the steel plate helmets defence but obviously less weight.

You could make them wear a unique hood with the steel plate armours colour so they look hollow from a distance. The steel plate is a very nice armour, it is better to not change it but put a new hood in the game instead so they are obviously hollow, even from a distance. You will still see it only from the front but that makes sense and looks better than random gaps.

wow...just wow, these are amazing, do you have any intention on expanded on the weapons an armor they use? becuase my only issue is they dont really seem "hollow" until they get right up in your face. but still, nice job :)

Maybe get them some armor with more open spaces in it, so you can immediately tell from a distance "thats a set of f**king haunted armor!".

This is a really good mod with a bit work on the armor and the weapon it could be a really interesting enemy.
