Still, patrols always go on the same route, even under fire, it's absurd! But so do all "masters" in Steam(. Show imagination, think about what you would do in the patrol and you would shoot from all sides of the RPG and sniper weapons? Would you spit on everything and go to the next point like a stoned robot?
Make the teammates playable because the dumb BIS shat on their job and the bots get stuck all the time.
only con I got is that it's far fetched that a chopper would be hit by a gunship (which is nowhere to be seen at the beginning) and CSAT in the mile radius would not move a muscle to investigate.
Danger! Spoiler!

I really liked it, it was very interesting and well set-up.
Thanks m8, I enjoyded it.
Cheers,
Yeah, you're right here. It was a refreshing fast action mission indeed.
To be honest they weren't that difficult. 2 rockets on the tank, while my buddy began shooting the MG and infantry, then some rockets on the MRAPs, which didn't move from the spot AND didn't throw out the inf guys sitting in them.
Maybe you could at least make them disembark, when the units at the bay are attacked.
An enemy chopper shot down the player's group, but no one is there to search for the Western enemies?
Normally the whole island would know about the UK presence. But maybe you could also just throw some CSAT guys on the starting position - just to eliminate the remaining enemies or something like that.
And then again, the CSAT outpost with a map with valuable intel (positions), positioned right on the road, protected by two simple soldiers, is a bit out of place as well. :D
One other thing:
One of my men got stuck in that small hut where you placed the CSAT weapons. He stayed there for the rest of the mission. thankfully I didn't need to have the whole group at the chopper at the end, but only the truck, so the mission ended. :)
Maybe place the ammo crates outside of the hut or even somewhere else, because having them just outside could result in the AI going through the hut and getting stuck as well.
Reaction to fire:
The enemy doesn't react to fire. I'm not talking about the group I'm firing on, but about other enemy units nearby. I took the mountain between the camp and the reinforcement and began shooting the reinforcements first: Took out the tank and the MG, but the cars stood still (which is a bit unrealistic). Also, nothing moved in the camp.
Firing on the guys in the camp as well did not had any effects on the guys patrolling on the beach. They just kept walking normally.
In the end there were CSAT units firing on the guys who stayed at the chopper, but they didn't react as well.
You could tweak these parts of the mission.
