Guess the mod author died
Another one I think is it is not as immersive as the original sounds. Yes it is very nice in the Arma game itself but it seems very off in Insurgency.
Lastly it is the sounds of grenades. Like I said in the first place the sounds are very off in your surroundings. You cannot hear every single type of grenade bouncing off when it is thrown. I know the exact types of sounds for all the grenades when it hits the ground but I cannot with the Arma sounds mod because it does not exist! You won't know if a grenade hits the ground because you cannot hear it.
Well.. these are just my thoughts on it. Good job with the porting though
How did you extracted it from the game?
Tried it ingame, gun sounds great ! except the suppressed weapons feels weird. (they all from original Arma3?)
And the footsteps sounds are really too loud compares to original, can you reduce the dB ?
You only get part of the scene in this vid, but if you have Netflix it's Season 3 the episode called "Full Measure". Thank you!!
@KengZeDin
As far as I'm aware it updates itself, but I'm not entirely sure how the workshop works
