It works but needs to be updated like all other mods , Although it was working without shortages or problems in the past , it was more smooth and the shape of the water is better in the older updates. Very frustrating thing =(

Could You Make This Compatible With Patrum Scuta?

Does this help with FPS?

Hey I'm really loving this clean map mod but I think the 2.8 update is causing a conflict. in 2.8 they made the barren areas use the terrain map mode but since then those areas are now always black. Also, one of the islands in the north artic sea has been removed but the water there is the vanilla light blue water. Thanks for the future update!

Can you make a comparison pic of the three versions of this?

This mod is incompatible with the AGoT mod. It creates a weird criss-cross pattern across the entire map, any idea why this is?

That is indeed not how it's supposed to look like. Maybe you're right and it really has something to do with what you said about Linux.. The only thing I know is that Linux has case sensitivity when handling mods, which Windows doesn't have.

So I'd try renaming the *.mod file to acmmd.mod. If that wouldn't work, I'd rename all the folders and files, so that they have no uper case letters in them. Just a hunch though..

So I've subscribed to this mod, but when enabled it doesn't look like any of your screenshots. I am on linux btw and I've heard that some graphic options are not available on the linux CK2 client, maybe that has something to do with it? For example look how light/pale the purple color of the Byzantines are compared to your screenshots.

Does this work with Horse Lords?

@Robert
Not really. It only changes the graphics and the graphics are very minimal in this game. Many people think it's the graphics fault for low FPS but really, Its due to low memory or a not as powerful Processor. This may increase a few frames but its really a cosmetic change.

Does this increase FPS?
Ivan Kyoshiro 6 Jun, 2015 @ 3:15pm
Yeah probably would increase the game speed with this map
SteveBeab 6 Jun, 2015 @ 8:40am
Possible theory:
It appears ( to the naked eye) to be rendering less than the standard map thus maybe increasing game speed. Thanks for a great looking map!

what? No, why would they?

Do your mods increase the game speed ?

Thanks! I've got another map mod in the making. It's gonna have very a very rough and washed out look with drastically desaturated colors. Still tweaking it, though.

I really love these mods, they make the game feel much, much more modern and clean. Thankyou for making these mods, I hope you continue to make great, ingenious mods like these in the future!
