The solution for the textures to appear normal: you must sub to the black misc fix thing plus sub to the eotl stuffs plus ducks thing and sub to this thing and then in sdk you have to put the workshop the first of the list. and the second woodsman item in the sfm list, should have the hat in its normal form. I hope i made sense.

one file of the hip_hunter has hat, hat_blue, hat_color, and hat_normal this file is in: steam/steamapps/common/SourceFilmaker/game/tf/materials/models/workshop/player/items/all_class/hip_hunter the one urs gose into is: steam/steamapps/common/SourceFilmmaker/game/tf/models/player/items/all_class/hip_hunter I beleive to fix thist u also have to give us the other file that i first seid with the color ... otherwise it will stay black becasue that file is blocking the fix >.<

becasue there are 3 seperate folders for this hat to transfer this fix.. i tryed the one with all the files in ur fix but it did nothing and stayed black

im gonna have to change the gameinfo arnt i? >.< if i did it messes up sniper's and engi's head model .... snipers is completly white, and engi is a mutated light blue with rainbow type mess ups >.< do u have a link to the files directly so i can fix them by hand without touching the gameinfo? becasue i've done this fix with many cosmetics with 100% sucsess without changing gameinfo.

I added the hiphunter_hat_fix\hiphunter_hat_scout.mdl and it is exactly the same as the original. I used the file that you said to use but it is the exact same... Is there something I am missing that I am required to do?

@Mummut , This doesn't replace the broken hiphunter_hat. Check that the model you're importing into SFM begins with hiphunter_hat_fix!

TechnoPwnda, that would be the default hiphunter. You need to select the hiphunter that's under usermod.
