Thank you a lot.

Do you know someone who can do the same for Xcom 1 and 2? Would be great for an RPG I´m plannig to play with the rules of savage worlds

Still new to photoshop so didn't think about using transparancy to achieve that, I was thinking about making a wooden/steel base with pentagrams but couldn't figure out how to do it without quality loss.
I'll see about making those at some point in the future.

also i am not saying to use a light wood as that would dround out the pentagrams

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/Gordon228/screenshot/539650744908561946 this is what i wiped up to show you. tho only where the pentagram is looks good. all i did was take the black and make it transparint, then i added a wood texture behind it. lucky gimp has a decent wood texture to use.

In the rulebook for the classic Doom board game only 3 different colors for marines are specified and that's what I'm basing myself on, though it can be played with up to 6 players (still only 3 army colors) so I'm currently creating model variety to offset this.

As for the bases, at this point I'm creating 4 different bases but creating one with a wood texture with the pentagram, as you suggested, is difficult to do without losing the quality/visibility of the pentagram.

Update should go live today/tomorrow.

also for the marines there should be 4 in the classic doom colors aka green, brown, red, and indigo/black

one thing i think you should do is have the bases not be just black like they are now but make them wood with said symbols you have on there now.
