This is probably the best looking map I've ever seen for TF2... the lighting, style and atmosphere is absolutely perfect and the layout looks really well designed too. I hope Valve adds this officially, you deserve that recognition.

I'm actually working on another 3 control point medieval map with spells, skeletons and a hell section. This map wasn't built with these in mind from the start so it's not going to work out that well, I assume. Check out the link to Battletal on my profile if you wanna see the basic layout. One month is rather short to make a great map but I'll try to get it done on time.

I was wondering - any chance you could include the spell pickups from 2013 on this one? And/or the Wheel of Fate conditions from 2012? Or would it become too much of a chaotic clusterfuck, or hurt performance badly?

I reckon this map is likely to get noticed by Valve for this year's event, despite being for a half-forgotten gamemode that they don't really balance for - might be perfect as a goofy, chaotic event map, and a lot of people have been hoping for more Halloween maps with usable spells on them.

Just announced that the community will lead scream fortress this year! This should definitely be added since medievil got abandoned after degroot keep, so to see it return with a halloween map would be great!

this might be in halloween 2015 cause it's easier for valve to add someone's map instead of making their own reskin of existing map, it's cool. I used to play on this map and i love it.

What I think should be a map is this:

Two fortresses high in the mountains of Eastern Europe, each ruled by Red and Blu, are fighting each other. At the center of the map, at the top of a tall mountain, is a gothic vampire castle that both teams are fighting over. Vampires will spawn in the castle to fend off the teams.
