im really hope this map could be in the game oficially, if we had Pelican Peak AND THEN Penguin Peak wich are basically the same, the same can happen with this one (and i really hope that cuz this map is better than Viaduct in my Opinion)

That's the thing, though. The addition of the flank there means you have pretty much no cover when you're on mid, so you're always caught in the spam.
I don't think that's the reworked map's fault, but rather the fault of the base Viaduct's layout itself, which isn't greatly changed here. Viaduct is the only KOTH map where the middle area is the narrowest point of the map - the other maps are generally very wide at the middle, allowing teams to circle aroundthe point and try to flank from at least one, if not both sides.
Viaduct basically funnels both teams into this narrow middle area that gets super congested in a 20+ player pub server, and there's zero alternate paths to flank/circle around. It's just a head-on charge to try and take the point from the other team.
This Pro version at least add a single side path that sorta makes flanking easier, but it's not enough to prevent it being just a sloggish spamfest in a pub.
The actual reason most comp maps ditch snow is because colourblind players can have difficulty identifying certain players.
