Ok there's space for improvement, and not only for the details in the map

Try to add more entrace for the bots, one entrance can be concluded by the robots getting spawncamped right at the start. Make an other spawn where Snipers and Engies will come from so they can at least do something. And I say Sniper and Engies, but you can extend this to more robots.

Also, try to make the robots drop down a plateform or something, it's harder for robots to have some domination on the battlefield if they don't jump from somewhere or even have cover.

Now the mission is bad, we all agree on this, but here's some tips to make it somewhat good :

Reduce the amount of money at the start, to something between 400 and 800$, because 3000 is WAY too much and makes any mission easy and not fun. Also, try to vary the units in your missions a bit more, having multiple spawn points might help with that.

You can embed the pop file inside the bsp using pakrat or whatever packing program you used.
