- The folder name "440" is the Team Fortress 2's AppID so, for example, if there is also a folder "244850" it contains downloads from the Space Engineers workshop.
- Inside the "440" folder there are subfolders that are named after the download code. For example, if it's named "519120236" it contains the map file for Hat Factory.
- Then, all you have to do is move the BSP (map file) to "...Steam/SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/maps".
Of course, it only works when you have subscribed to the submission.
