Does anyone encounter difficulty in having this building spawn? I have deliberately set aside a 4x3 grid (with the 4 square side adjoining the road) and kept waiting for it to spawn (demolishing other buildings that spawn on the plot) but it just never shows up. HELP! (FYI I have put this building under a custom district but I am pretty sure both the district and the asset have been set to ON)

One of best looking sets of houses. I use it mixed with the Brooklyn theme and it works great. Here's hoping you find the time to make some more buildings!

Absolutely love how this looks. But, I'm probably gonna wait 'till there are more like it (maybe an NYC theme?) so I can implement it in my cities in a more uniform way.

imdahman: ploppable residentials aren't possible as far as I know. I guess your best bet would be to get lots of slummy lvl 1 buildings and then deprive those areas of education xD

Aina Sul, upto11: the reason I went with level 1 is the size. Higher level buildings tend to be much more massive so I think these would look out of place in the better neighborhoods. If only there was such a thing as medium density zone... :D

Not making any promises, but if I can find the time and energy I might try making a similarly decorated higher level residential building in the near-ish future.

As far as I know it should work in any map (at least I haven't intentionally done anything to prevent it). As for the stats, I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean by those, but I guess they would be similar to other relatively small level 1 high density residential buildings :)
