Next we need Russia and his scarf. Maybe it could bring an enemy he attacks it from a certain distance,and he can choke it, whip it, or whatever.

Alright all, I've updated him! He should be up and running happy as could be. Also, I edited his stats slightly. He's still strong but not as strong as before.
