HOW DO YOU CHANGE IT FROM A BIN FILE TO A VPK FILE

Heads up: if you want this to work right, navigate to this mod's workshop folder (located in "steamapps\workshop\content\362890\456288479") and change the file extension from ".bin" to ".vpk," then just move it to you custom folder. If you have a lot of other mods in the custom folder, you may need to prefix it with and underscore so that it stays above your other mods.

I did what recommended by someone on this thread,
Type in [ mat_reloadallmaterials ] into the consul tab. Give it a minute to, well, reload itself (it will freeze for a few seconds then unfreeze) and there ya go. Blue suite. Hell yeah 😎

cool now you can play the game as if all the weapons are crappy gmod sweps. neat

The only way I think to get this Mod working is to change the Anti Aliasing settings from the Advanced options in the Video option menu. After changing the Anti Aliasing to any setting and waiting for the game to load, the suit color should work instantly and remain until you quit the game. I hope this works for you as it did for me.
