Scwibbles, growable means that once you subscribe to this mod, it will start being built in whatever district you have designated Ore. Ploppable (which this is not) means that you have to place it yourself.

Yes it gives ore products, When you click on a truck leaving it will say exporting or shipping in blue, based on regular ore pad hidden underneath. Or use connection/export tab to see asset with blue on it.
