Yeah I noticed that after I commented.
Do clear all vehicles before removing or swapping vehicle mods.

Also, this works like a charm now =)

You need to remove all the old vehicles from the map first, before you can remove the asset.
Use something like https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=442167376 to remove all the driving and parked ones, then save.
