Hello, may i have permission to use your maps?.. Im "improvising" the Heroes of Stalingrad mod basically an RO2 mod since the devs of it have possibly abandoned it since their accounts look dead and quiet, and im looking for (whether official like the actual places in Stalingrad/made by Tripwire or custom ones made by the RO2 community) maps that were in the game. Step 1 find where your downloaded mods are stored.
Step 2 cilck on this mod then left click properties
Step 3 open mod.info (open it with notepad)
Step 4 change the MinGameVersion to this "3.115" and the MaxGamVersion to this MaxGameVersion "3.262.1"
Step 5 click save
Step 6 close it
Step 7 start your game up and see if it worked

If you like to use the mod you can update it by doing into the mod folders nd change to number of the version the version number of the game
it's very easy to do by the way:)

If you roll back to previous patch it works with that. I'm playing it now and thats what I had to do to play it. Its bloody great!

there is some issue with the sdkfz251 model lemi use for this mod (the damaged _x/_xx i think, but i´m not sure what the problem is), i just replace it with vaniila model, you can do it by yourself:

1 open 0.mi in text editor (notepad++ is fine) find and replace "np_sdkfz251_1" with "sdkfz251_1". Save and exit.
2 load 0.mi in editor, search those vehicles, and just make sure the crew fit (10 or 11 soldiers, i don´t remember exactly), apply winter skin & save
3 change game version & play
there is other little fixes but solutions is simple as above, try in heroic difficulty ;P !!!!

Changing min/max didn't work instant crash, There is some pretty drastic changes that need to be done in updating this. I don't have the slightest idea where to begin, I'm going to talk to Wigga and see if he can pick this one up and a few other dead ones like he has been, This is a very good mod and I hope he can finish what Lemi started.

@Vitosa- Rex did changing the min/max work ? I tried playing about a month ago and no joy for me.

everyone, if he doesn't update it, try going into the mod info of the mod and changing the "maxgameversion" to the latest version of the mowas2 game. if your game crashes or gets an error. go into "safe mode(no mods)" and disable the mod in the game. and make sure you unsub from the workshop, and delete the mod in your "mods" folder in the mowas2 directory.
