Good-looking sword. Too bad it's bound to the highlander set.

@Eddard it appears you were as high/drunk as I was when you wrote this. Thanks for the feedback ;)

This just in - Hazard pay 35 thinks thick, properly tempered, 1065 high carbon steel could simply POP THE FUCK OFF :D.

Using videogames and the movie Bravehart as a reference to Historical arms and armour will make you look like a class A+ twat. Just some words of advice.

@Zarg 30 No the game comes with the developer tools to make it,when you find the game, right and choose launch Chivalry SDK. To make skins at the very minimum you have to have knowledge in one 3d program and photoshop.

How does one make a reskin? do you need to get Unreal first?

nice sword looks great. keep up with great work

I stand corrected, i had the size of the sword confused with the Kern (As named by Albion swords) which again has the classic Irish ring-pommel.And i was a bit thrown off.

To be fair, whilst it is true that none are actually live. I just presumed when i clicked that it'd be a One-hander just like the IRL Gallowglass(Again, regardless i still think this is great).

@Arc sorry to hear that, I'm making weapons for those not yet present in the workshop, while there are a few Claymore skins ,none are actually live to buy. BS has 3 and Norse 2 skins available to buy. Claymore however had none.

While i LOVE the sword, and i voted Yes. At first i clicked hoping it'd be a Broadsword or Norse re-skin, as i've seen a lot of Claymore reskins. Still nice work!

@Cpl. Dr. Prof. Correct , I also added the green leather grip to give a nod to it's Connection to Ireland,my previous Claymore being Scottish blue.
Kanbadak 14 Jun, 2015 @ 7:36pm
@Zarg30 --- You're right that is an Irish Ring Pommel. The Gallowglaich were both Scottish and later Irish(trained by the Scottish clans) soldiers. So still GAllowglaich, but more or of an irish style to it.

Looks just like the one from Albion. Very nice!
TJ7 14 Jun, 2015 @ 5:39am
Good to know, thx. Anyway, superb sword.
Oilystool  [author] 14 Jun, 2015 @ 3:49am
@TJ7 Precisely the same length. Aside from the sword guard which is smaller, the rest of the sword is the same dimension.o
TJ7 14 Jun, 2015 @ 2:48am
It looks good, same range as the claymore ? The only thing that really disturbs me; it's really quick. You overspeed the claymore with, no ?
N. B. 13 Jun, 2015 @ 3:45pm
I think it looks good. I love anything that was a real weapon used in history. the pomel looks like an Irish Ring pomel. good job :D
Hazardblade 13 Jun, 2015 @ 1:59pm
only problem i have with this sword is the hilt because they would break off if hit hard enough but because this is a video game sword that doesnt matter so 10/10 great job :D
rainbleed 13 Jun, 2015 @ 7:25am
