I don't make mods like this so I'm having a hard time understanding but I guess I see what you mean. Cause the way textures are layed out is similar to... idk "Minecraft" skins for example?

@Simon : It's not a problem of Photshop, I know how to make an HD texture :P, it's just that the way the texture is set up in the game doesn't allow me to matricially reduce it (because the textures are in two rows). For this (only) its an engine limitaion, not a game one.

Yeah. Photoshop has something that can let you improve the texture sizew ithout messing up the signs.

You could of increased the signs size/ made it the right size and kept it HD with Photoshop there is a way to increase a pictures/images size and have Photoshop keep it at the same resolution you should be able to find a tutorial on Youtube if you ever felt like going back and making this a higher quality resolution texture.

@GLaDOS : Even if one big company would take time and pay a lawyer to sue me or anyone, if they ask for money, they would have to prove they got finnancial damage from this, witch is actually the opposite since this can serve as an advertisement. This is the reason why companies would never sur anyone for a mod.
