people that do not know why its clipping and messing itself up there's an unknown category unselect it before pulling this procedural "zero" option stuff to make it appear on the character.

bdw its still clipping in some places but it's not that visible.

There seems to be a bone missing for the standard scout sense it has no forearm bone named out or to even connect to so i just have sleeves to lowerarm clipping through?

If you're using the HWM just move the upper shoulder and possibly the chest around to fix the shoulders.

The scout's shoulders are phasing through the flannel. Any way i can fix this?

Sorry for the late comment, but for those who are having problems with the forearms:
-Load this and the Scout model
-Lock this onto the scout and zero it onto him
-Select both "hlp-forearm" bones in the "Unknown" drop
-Slide the "Default" slider all the way.
