@(SSC) TWISDEXChaser7890 That's just self-explanatory. I made this mod back when the Steam version first came out and it used to work fluently up until Crowbar Collective started spitting up updates every five seconds which is what broke this addon and I haven't gone back and fixed it, seeing as I got bored of modding HL games and mods, combined with the fact I'm working full time and playing bass guitar in my existing free time, otherwise I'm modding the old GTA's and Manhunt games. I think someone else picked this mod back up and got it somewhat fixed however

@THOMAS updates pretty much broke this addon. Don't have much intent or motivation to go back and fix it, especially since BM's community is full of demanding brats

When it says all but the tau, does that mean this mean the hands won't work with the tau cannon weapon

@[L-I] VincelukeII awesome! I'm busy with another source project and not really doing much with BM or HL2 these days, so definitly feel free to fix this mod and reupload if you want, just be sure to give me credit for originally affixing the hands to the weapons.

They really look much better than the Steam Version, because the Steam Version looks almost like the same Arms used from HL2

@[ThλtGenericPyro] No, the models don't work like that. The arms themselves are built into the model's files themselves, it's not like Garry's mod. Plus IIopn's animations use their own custom rig.

@PugGamer I'm gonna have to remesh them, for now this addon is obsolete until I get around to updating it, some of the weapon models are new like the shotgun and crossbow. The reason the textures are "missing" is because they changed the location that the model files are supposed to look for the .vmt files. I'll fix it when I get the time, life has just been too hectic which restrains me from taking care of everything here on Steam.

No. These are the hands from the source mod put onto the new weapons. I just decompiled the models and replaced the bodygroups. It's hard to explain since you probably don't know how source engine models work.

I liked them. I hate Half Life 2's hands, and the new ones looked way too much like a simple reskin (I know they're a new mesh but they look too much like them) and I genuinely felt like the hands from the Source Mod looked just the way they should; like the original ones from Half Life. same design and color scheme and everything.

Jesus Christ, be patient. It probably never will be unless if I ever find out another way to recompile a .qc file. I have a life too, I mean it's not like I could be dealing with personal problems, right? Otherwise you can finish it yourself. I'm sorry for coming off as an ass, but so many people have been up my ass about putting the other arms back in and putting the old hands on the Tau cannon even though it leads to compiling errors even if I haven't modified it's decompiled .qc in any way. It's finished when it's finished.

Wolfsbane, I would if I had higher system specs that could handle FRAPS or something. If you add me on here, I could probably explain to you a little. It depends on what you mean by "skins" though, if you mean textures, that's really easy. If you're talking about actually manipulating physical 3D meshes, I'd need to explain it a bit more.
