Your file is called presets.txt. The vanilla file is also called presets.txt. Because of this, your mod does two things wrong:
1. You've broken compatibility with anyone else who makes the same mistake you did (and seeing as doing it like this is the most obvious choice when you're still getting your feet wet, there have been and inevitably will be more mods like that :P), as no two mods can modify the same file at any time.
2. You've removed all the vanilla presets. Unless you meant to do that, you should really fix that. :P
