you could do something special to it like the two pink balls maybe rotating around the scepter? therefore your'e adding something extra to the scepter we already know. Also, it should shine more.
According to the lore, this is the most powerful scepter ever and belonged to a very powerful being. Think of some particules, a still picture of the scepter looks like the icon but the animated version doesnt have to be static like it. It could shapeshift, or have weird particles.. this is the most powerful magic source in the whole dota lore! make us something crazy!

The crystal is way too big when you compare it to Rubick's and Brewmaster's. Keeper DOES need an Aghanim's staff, though, so I am all for it. Good work!
