Looks GREAT. I wish this item becomes part of TF2. IT does look like the Medical Mystery, just, so much more detailed, and... better. :steamhappy:

FYI: The issue is on the 'replaces the Medical Mystery' mod version. None of the other cosmetics I have equipped would affect that area of the model (Vintage Tyrolean, A Brush with Death), so it's definately a mod issue.

Otherwise, I'd say this is a great item that TF2 could certainly do with. Fits well with the film noir-esque loadout idea I had for my Medic.

There's a small clipping issue with the mod version. It's down by the satchel, and I noticed it when using the Director's Vision taunt.
