Then I'm slowly unsubscribing from Drosovila's work as they're pretty old, sometimes particularly flat (like this one, not really updated, and lot of better stuff went out. With more than 3500 assets and mods, I just can't afford to keep these old ones.

When you want to create a group of these buildings with the Eyedropper Tool, it's best to also use the Control Building Level Up mod, so you can fix this building at L3 (to avoid it levelling up). Even easier is to set an L3 restriction on the entire district where you want to build your C:S Projects.
