Updated using Intrigue and changed them to be xeno and Pragmatic
For a goal I would say "Don't bother me and I will not bother you"
And "Never start a fight just be the one to end it".

Is there no further background on this civilization? No inkling on what their goals are? Thier society or ideology? The description seems too bland.

It's live, it's just a 'private' beta right now. (You can find the password for the beta on the galciv3.com forums.)
