Negative; Putin and Trump aren't hot with each other because Putin will never make any attempt to make relations less tense by pulling troops out of Ukraine. There isn't really a conservative party for Russia, if you support Putin you're a stupid Commie cyka and if you're a liberal then you're basically a Trump supporter, Russian politics is way different from America's.
