I'm not much of an expert on map making, as I'm awful with Hammer and don't know anything about scripting, but have you ever thought of adding a script that spawns in the Mystery Box when the map is cleaned or restarted?

You need the CS:S textures. Either get the files off the internet or buy and download the game.
