No, it's not what the guards do. They flip the switch on and off a few times and then start patrolling the room :tbpwink: This one guard on your map got "stuck" flipping the switch forever (well, till I finished the map, anyway).

It's not a glitch, it's what the guards always do when you turn the lights off.
It happens in all maps.

Just so you know, I experienced a funny bug on your map.
On the second floor, when I turned off the lights (manually flipping the switch, then disconnecting it from the ceiling light), the guard got stuck flipping the switch on and off over and over and over again :D:
