That isn't a small refinery 1x1x1 for a small vessel. For base it is but for small vessel its a 5x5x3 cube size...

can i possibly get an ubalanced mod one that uses same power and produces the same output as a regular refinery?

Go for it !!

I see there have been no changes made to this mod for some time, may I have permission to re-balance its power use, inventory size and yield to the current game and my personal server? Full credit and link to the original of course would be posted. Thanks

Hi, this is the best refinery for a small ship I could find - decent size, slower refining of ores and fits the style of vanilla blocks. Power drain could be a bit higher but that's OK. ;)
I have one request to the author - could you make a similar assembler? Maybe a bit smaller (3x3x3) without the small ports on the sides? But it would be OK if it is the same size as long as it keeps the same parameters reagrding speed and power consumption as the refinery.

hi, i jused the refiery in big blocks and there its awesome. yesterday built i a small ship and used it there too but was very surpriced that it is SO BIG as small block version. It would be nice to have it in the same size like a big conveyerblock of small ships in same design like the big block version.

Thats abit confusing but if thats the case then awesome :)
LeGourmet003 30 Oct, 2015 @ 7:20pm
Oh well, at least your refine ores, vanilla ones dont.
Visentinel  [author] 30 Oct, 2015 @ 7:15pm
This is just a normal refinery, just smaller.

the bug you speak of is the new refinery bug in the latest game update affecting every single refinery or block that uses refinery functionality.

Is it supposed to make ice as i refine ores ? Because there is nothing about it making ice in the description, since the vanilla refinery dont work with the recent patch, i tough maybe a modded one would and it does refine ores wich is nice and to boot it give me ice as well :) If the ice is not a feature then uh bug ? Wich i dont mind ^^

Ask Hex to do it its his model he let me use, why would i use someone elses model if i had the ability and knowhow to make my own models let alone make them DX11 compatible.

If you dont want to loose graphical quality then just live with the silver blob or dont use it. If i was you i would just hide it inside some armor or behind a wall, personally i still play in DX9 and i have these under the floor above bottom hull (hidden) since i made these refineries for the purpose of having a small on the go refinery on my Mining support vessel and i also made those single port modules to go with it.

If you say it works in DX11, just looks like a silver blob (aka no textures), why won't you put some time into making it DX11 compatible? I'd rather not have to switch to DX9 and lose graphical quality or have a ugly silver blob in my ship.. thanks
