Its not the bridge that has the air issue, the bridge is pressurized. Nowhere else on the ship has windows, and I was sure that I used catwalks to try and plug a hole in another world and it worked.

I am not sure if anyone ever assisted you with your air problem. Catwalks don't create an-air tight seal, and inner inv. windows don't create an air-tight seal as well. I cam across the same issue and it took me hours to figure it out. Just created double layered windows and replaced catwalks with full blocks or double layered windows as well.
