@raginraptors AFAIK you cant when the intersection has diffrent levels like the clover. Might be added in 1.1 though gonna check that later

the intersection is already underground the arrows only point the direction the roads connect. Pres pg down first then place this intersection!

This is a bit pointless because when placing an intersection you can put it undergound anyway
