this is fixed by rolling back to 1.27

- change some descisions
- fixes provinces
- add Trushomi as independant country

They changed the localization so now every ":" symbol needs a 0 after it like event:0

yes , finally , I have find the error on my mod , I have put "Provinces" and I musted put "provinces" .

you will show me small errors ( names , localizations ... ) on the mod from screeschot . I will happy if you made this :)
