ive done the first part of the installation, but when i come to point 6. 'start the game' it doesnt run...well it does steam says its running but it just sits on my desktop. what am i doing wrong?

They wasn't a single worksop item whilst using the Beta, so I dunno?

Those weird enemies are called "silly waves". While you can disable/enable them on custom difficulty, they are always enabled on redikulous. Nothing custom here, just a special part of the game.

Those "silly waves" can have pirate compys, cloaked raptors, soldiers and more.. ;)

Yeah, i minimised all graphics settings, turned off everything in the background and it just had HUGE lag spikes when i killed something, no matter what gun. I've since been able to do it on Insane/Redikulous with no hassle. Also, I keep seeing weird enemies on random waves, like enemy soldiers with guns and some weird dinos that are obviously custom. I think it was only on the start of one of those weird waves that I started lagging on every kill, so I don't know if that helps.

That's strange, because the map is very small, has a minimum amount of objects (from the editor/game) and less enemies than other survival/conquest maps.

Did you try to play normal maps or other workshop items while using the sdkbeta? I once had such lag spikes on another workshop item, after running the game for several hours, but never on my own maps or right from the beginning.

You could also try to change/reduce the video settings, since sdkbeta hasn't been updated for a while and some settings could cause such issues.

Just tried playing and for some reason got massive lag spikes every time I killed something, which doesn't happen in normal maps. Plus, I put up with the 5-10 second delay between kills all the way to the end and it bugged out so I got zero progress. Match wouldn't end when I killed the final Dino
