You don't need CS:S directly, you can download a free CSS texture addon pack from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaL7gISscEY -- texture packs are up to date as of 4/29/21

You could use 7zip lol, also WinRAR and 7zip are just for better looks, you can normally open up a zip on windows, if you're using windows by right-clicking the zip folder and clicking extract.
