I came here to ask how you keep making these, and saw your one comment. These are incredible map edits, glad you're going through the work to make them truly precise
If you haven't done it, you could even publish some of those mirrored props, I'm sure other people could use them if you haven't already shared them online.

Take a decompiled map in Hammer and flip it.. You'll see the state it starts in.

Nearly every single prop needs to be corrected and every light. Some props have only a left or right version, so I make new ones in 3DS max if they are needed. I also have to flip the skybox textures to be able make the lighting look correct.

I've never claimed these take a great deal of skill to make. It can just be fiddly and time consuming, it requires an eye for detail and I'm a bit of a perfectionist about it.

Yeah, it's done in hammer but it's a lot more involved that just horizontally flipping it.

Hightower is horizontally mirrored already. If I applied the same method I used for them all that would happen is the colour of the bases would flip side. The mirroring effect would be minimal.

You should make mirror cp_wolpwons (snowplow) just so it gets too confusing for any player.
