So as far as the trucks go, these will stay the way they are. There is no fix at the current moment that I know of. If someone explains how to fix it I will. So another option you can do is reroute traffic in a way where they won't go in certain areas.
Specificially, they are going where "Heavy Traffic Ban" is in effect. Did you have to specify that these trucks are heavy traffic? Because only the little delivery trucks should be zipping through my residential areas, and I'm seeing your large trucks moving through those zones.
Issue with the current game patch, or issue with mods, or issue with your heavy trucks?
