I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

Ok so I got the errors on the other buildings. This one however I know says updated but I waited in the editor on 3x speed to see the lights and they never turn on. Not sure if it's just an editor bug or not. Thought you would like to know.

Can you talk with rik about moving all houses to the sidewalk border? I think it would look better.

This asset is a 1x2 plot yet regardless what I choose in the asset creator it always shows as 1x4,

See screenshot.

In my opinion the house should front right at the pavement without the extra concrete. I have done it like this for consistancy, but that isn't how it should be. If this was corrected it would allow for 1x2 terraces without the extra space at the front.

The general problem is that the other teracced houses made by rik are 1x2 plots. When I add this house to the building theme, I only want the 1x2 version to grow for a number of reasons.

The model is bigger than the plot, that means it might collide with other buildings which are growing behind it.

Why prop fences: First of all the mesh can be shared with other assets. Also, props will disappear when placed on a "backyard" field that is cut off in the 1x2 version.

I don't see that there's a problem. I add fences to stop the need for subscribed props. The back gardens are larger because they are supposed to be.

Sorry if I sound cocky, but I genuinley can't see an issue.

I'm also aware that I haven't created an LOD and I'm working on that.

I think it happens because the fences are part of the model. Use prop fences instead.

I also notice that there is no LOD.

One problem with this house is that the model is bigger than the plot. Can you fix that?
