try the console command for see if the mod is here. maybe its not downloaded correctly from steam, try unsibscribe/resubscribe and ue the skyrim laucher for letting the game instal/download it good.

also, i dont have tested it on the special edition, so i dont know if it will work on this version of the game :/

dat a good question. i think its come from an follower, but i completly forget wich one. its an preset from an follower .. cant help more sorry, i dont know wich follower is (i have tons of followers mods). maybe the hair is from an hair mod, but i have no idea wich one as i not use hair mod (only apachii, but this one is not from apachii as the follower is standalone, like all follower i have )

steam is little lazy these times.. sometime the mod is not correctly downloaded or not downloaded at all. for try fix you can unsibscribe then subscribe again, wait until steam finish download then launch skyrim launcher, wait until end of synchronization of the mods and check in data if the case is activate. if all of this is done, then it should be ok.
the mod have no problem at all. but as say, steam work pretty weird sometime

@xRIGx The armor barrel is the barrel with the skull on it, located just to the left of the Riverwood Trader. It can be a bit of a pain to find at night, so I suggest waiting till day before trying to find it. Inside you'll find the armor, listed as "Combat Armor". Also, quick note; for some reason the armor has the steel armor texture when viewed in the inventory/on the ground. It should show up properly on your char though.
