Archiving old maps is important to me because not only are a lot of old maps gems, but they're being lost over time with the authors & sites shutting down.

Looked into trying to override it before. The problem is nebulous. All those CPs in that same wave share the same NPC template maker, so removing just those seems to be a non-option.
By all accounts, it doesn't make any sense.
They notice the player, but they seem to have issues moving.
Working on it. It's tricky since I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with it. The cops in question throw fits about their schedules erroring out, but that's about all I have to go on so far.
