Wanna know why this would be best with scout? He has a ninja skin, so it can be with the 3 rune blade and the scout is a ninja, who needs primary weapons anyways?

Actually there is a shuriken mod for scout already and it was made with ninja set that was added to the game, Ninja Star (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=226544809&searchtext=).Still doesn't change fact that this one is also very nice item.
