think it should be : -25 HP To Thrower Soaked players become bleeding and damage dealt will be pure crits (Not mini-crits just crits) -25 Melee weapon Damage penalty Backstory: Sniper visited Merasmus and asked him to brew a potion for 25 of his max heath. Merasmus agreed with the offer and Gave sniper the potion
