I'll look into what I can do for naming cards.making them searchable when I start the QoL pass that's been overdue for way too long...

On a related note, update on my health - I've been in and out of hospital since January for various things. Progress is being made, but my health (physical and mental) has taken a huge hit. When I am in a more stable position to make changes I will start devoting more spare time to updating the game. Thank you for your continued understanding and support 💙

Is it possible to enter the names of the cards so you can search for them by typing their name? E.g. when I am looking for Thieves Tools in the big item pile

Cards marked P are an extra set of promotional cards featuring goblins that were released for Rise of the Runelords. They are included with the Sets B and C because the game developer indicated that that was the equivalent power level pf the additional cards. They can easily be removed/deleted if not required or if you want to play without them.

HI there,
many thanks to the creator, awesome mode and we had a lot of fun with it already. However I noticed there are at least a few wrong cards in there (expansion letter 'P', e.g. Horsechopper+1 Weapon). Cross-referencing with my board game I could verify those cards aren't supposed to be in Rise of the Runelords.

Any chance you could review the card lists and correct the issue?

Hello everyone, I hope that 2021 finds you well and better than last year.

I am aware of the messages people have been sending. I will do a full pass on the mod soon to make sure everything is back in working order, but I have had significant health issues recently, including 3 trips to A&E in the last 3 weeks. I hope you can all understand that I must put my health first before figuring out everything else, but I promise that when I am well, I will invest my spare time to updating this and making it the best it can be once more.

Thank you so much for your continued support! I started uploading this for me and my friends back in 2015 (?!) so that we could enjoy this game together. This has blown up beyond my wildest imagination and currently we have in excess of 62,000 subscribers. You guys are nuts! x3

Again, well wishes for this year, thank you for your continued support, and I will update you all as soon as I get round to working on this. :steamthumbsup:

I just downloaded TTS and only this mod onto a clean Steam install and am getting the same error previously reported.

Yikes! I'll take a close look at the mod when I have time tomorrow, and I'll see if I can find what the issue is... taking a closer look at the error message posted below, it seems that something is not quite right with the way TTS is importing the custom decks.

The error is still there for me as well. In fact, I believe it caused a problem which corrupted some of my saves. Now the mod won't even show up when I try to look at my workshop games.

I've not update in a while, but I'm a software engineer irl, and I know that error in C#, something's trying to coerce null into a value type - someone at TTS has f***ed their C# code. I'll have a look and see what I can do, might need to do an update.

When I subscribe I get the gollowing error message that only happens for this subscription :
Error updating workshop mod (most likely corrupt): Error converting value {null} to type 'System.Int32'. Path 'ObjectStates[1]. ContainedObjects[0].CustomDeck.58.NumWidth'.<12>

If anyone is still commenting on this, I cannot open the game. Once i subscribe, I get an error in game telling me it is corrupt and something about system.32. Any help?

I Should have mentioned I found a work around with the current bug you just drop your texture quality to the lowest setting and that allows you to see the text on the cards a bit better

Just been experimenting with the images and it is the power of 2 bug with Unity's custom images loader that is causing the issue. Refactoring the size does enhance the quality of the cards, and I can probably load the images straight to cloud in-client rather than through sites like Imgur.

I'm going to focus on resizing the images and making sure I have everything ready to go locally -- then it will be a case of separating everything out and putting things in their correct place. I will be working on this this coming week when I'm not getting REKT by my irl job :steamfacepalm:

As a note, as far as I understand it, the blurry images are due to this:
'All custom images are now resized to a power of 2 internal, so avoid using non power of 2 images if you can. This is due to Dx11 bug this might be changed back in the future if Unity fixes this.'

From latest big patch, with the dx11 added. Hope that helps!

This is likely a fault on imgur's part, that's the site where the images used for generating the cards are stored. I will look into uploading higher quality pictures soon as part of the planned QoL pass.

I should probably do a Quality of Life pass on everything soon, it's been a while since I uploaded the images and I could probably improve the resolution quality a bit. Doesn't help I got a full time job recently, but I'll have a quick look at it some time soon :logiimpact:

Hey there. I just got the mod and so far it looks amazing! However, when opening the bags to look for specific cards, they are blank until placed in the table. Any fox for this?

Great work on the mods! One issue I cannot seem to figure out is that some cards inside the adventure bags are blank...This is the first time I open the mods so I have not modified any files or anything. Any help would be appreciated!

Highly recommend playing this with some variants and hardened tweaks if you intend to play with characters not included in the original 7 + character extension pack. The game is VERY easy otherwise as the character packs were designed for organized play and are OP in this 1st box. This is not the case in future paths where they had more insight into this problem. This is expecially true if you mix character deck cards into the supply.

I recommend the linear movement system (I posted it on here as a mod). I have a host of house rules that can improve the experience along with this, and check the boardgamegeek forums for this game for other variants and improvements.

We also played with an extra location, and until A6 (after I hardened the game with more banes) it has been a walk in the park. It might not hurt to include some monsters and traps from other boxes if you are going to play with expansion pack characters, as these tend to put expansion character deck powers in check.

Nothing should have changed, I've made no edits to any of the images. My suggestion would be for everyone to download the game, and then there will be local copies of all the images rather than relying on the images being seeded from the host.
