Nah, ISOF was created, trained, and supplied by the Americans. Most of the ISIS skins all have a similar black and tan color scheme, if that's what you want for the insurgents.

Yeah, Disrup+oR did a fantastic job with the details. I don't personally have any skins planned, but Disrup+oR might. I use his UCP and earth tone skins a lot.
