A good park. Just a notice: this asset has a ridiculous amount of entertainment value. Using a mod that allows me to modify values, the vanilla parks have an entertainment value of 125 to 150. This park has a value of 1200. They attract tourists like crazy, so be careful not to put them in areas where tourists will clog up traffic.
