Why can't i spawn them? I'm doing the right command and right ID but it still says "Compiled Script Not Saved!"can anyone help?

If you use " before and after whatever you're typing with the help command, you can have more than one word. For Example: help "Stormcloak Levi", will bring up the Stormcloak Levi specifically so you don't have to search through a whole list for one npc.

really good mod my only suggestion is to be able to control the men you spawn depending on rank and side of the war you choose (example if you for the stromcloak then you should be able to contol the stormcloak soilders you spawn)

so i do the help command to try to pull up the npc codes but i get none, i just get filters, usage, console commands, script functions, viewer strings not available, global variables, and other form. am i doing something wrong?

For those who really need help to find the units, type "help" into the console and auxilia for example. A code for auxilia should come up, then player.placeatme (auxilia code here) then the number for auxilia. Spaces inbetween player. command, code, and number of troops.

Well the mod is great. You know what, I came back to use the mod. This is probably the best mod for the game with new units for the civil war. That while it does add more damage to the ebony battle axe and sword, removing the mod can fix the damage changes after the war is over. I had played through the civil war once with this mod, using it to add some variation to units through how I liked to play the civil war with extra battles.

Read the description. You press the ` button and type in the ID given in the description and the number you want spawned.

Like I promised, this mod wasn't what was causing the game to crash. It is safe but i still don't reccomend huge battles where you spawn over 50 units cause it creates extreme lag, or at least for me it did.

Thanks for the feedback and explanations for users with ID code problems. I've updated the description to explain how to fix it. As for issues with the campaign and weapon damage values, I advise disabling this mod when you are not planning on actually using it as it may interfere with base game content.

In regard to archers lacking arrows, I am not sure why this is. they use Dwarven arrows so perhaps those that are having issues with it have other mods that change or remove Dwarven arrows.

Also, the intention for this mod was simply to provide standardized forces for both Imperials and Stormcloaks with which to create battles. Adding them to the overworld would require work i am frankly not bothered to do.

be aware that future updates to the mod may not happen. Disk space is at a premium on my PC right now and as such some games including Skyrim have been uninstalled.

At any rate, thanks for trying out the mod guys.

Okay i read other comments and figured it out. I have to put in Help Stormcloak or Help Imperial then it gives me all the correct codes, however the codes change wherever I go so i have to do it every time. I also learned I can make multiple at a time by putting a # after puting the ID code. 100 vs 100 made so much lag the game crashed. Won't do that again. Still testing the mod, it seems that the campaign stopped working after I spawned troops. However, I also used a power from another mod that could have caused the campaign to go haywire. I will let you know when I find out. All in all I'm not really pleased with this mod, the troops spawn don't move anywhere unless there are enemies right in front of them then they will fight to the death. I would really like them to either follow me or roam around Skyrim maybe head to the nearest friendly town or camp. SOMETHING, other then standing around like zombies.

The ID object codes are not working, it seems to be able to recoginize the player.placeatme just not the spawn codes, what do i do?

Hello, noticed one large problem with the mod ebony swords at skill one handed 100 do 175 damage while a ebony greatswrod deals 86 or so at two handed skill 100, ebony battle axes deal like 205, I have gauntlets of suregrip two handed damage + 30%. your mod is awesome I really enjoyed it, I played a game with a self construected pencil and paper system to run a better civil war campaign. SKSE hates me and I cannot start a new game to use the Civil war overhaul. Your mod helped, a lot so I thank you. However you changed every ebony sword and battle axe in the game. I can't play with that after the war is over. Deadric greatswords do like 98 damage right now, so it is kind of game breaking at that point. However if I just wanted to run npc battles this is the mod to use.

I had problems, this is what I did.

Note bowman has no arrows or melee weapon?

inplace of him if you want a archer (normal console command)
Base game skyrim npc
Stormcloak archer 45be3
Imperial Archer 45be0

error you type in the code and nothing happens right? That is because codes change , most of the time and here is the fix I used which is what is suggested a few pages back more than a few times.

So this is how I got the mod to work, as you read through you will notice people want you to use help.

open console= ~ button next to 1
help example: cohort
console should reply imperial iron cohort with a code
use that code with the player.placeatme code #
if you want 1 or 100 after the code press space and type in the number you want.

Well... the bowman for both factions don't have arrows.. so they run around with their fists.

the codes arent wrong u just didnt take the right order of steps. u have to type help"unit name" every time cause the spawn codes change based on your load of skyrim. they are not even the same between two saves.

I figured out what the issue was, the issue lies in the codes, the codes are written wrong therefor when you type them they will be read wrong, you have to go through and type "Help (unit name)"

@lucretius You shouldn't be having that problem, I just ran the game with Roma Victor turned off and they spawned just fine. Was it a problem with the Imperials specifically? The Stormcloak units should be spawning fine with or without Roma Victor.
type: help legionary into the console and check if the first digit of it's ID code is different with Roma Victor turned off.
It's unlikely, but the unit codes in this mod used to start with 5 when i was first messing around with them last year so that's the only explanation i can think of.

Commands didnt work for me at first but you actually do Need the ROMA VICTOR Texture Mod. Install it then it will work.
