Any chance you would add some soundtracks from ArmA 2 such as the CDF anthem?

@D2 Sparky We understand and appreciate the effort in the past and life priorities. However, may I suggest offering some way in which people can add to this mod themselves and allow the community to manage it? That way it could still grow without you needing to spend so much time on it. Github is always a good collaborative solution.

Unfortunately I will have to announce that I will put the development of this mod on hold. The reason is mainly because I don't have a lot of time since I started working. And the only free time I have I rather wanna spend by playing games and going out with friends instead of working on this mod. There's already a wide arrange of music in this mod that I feel like it could be considered "finished". I hope you understand, and maybe I will decide to continue working on this mod later on, but for now consider this the official and finished mod. Therefore suggesting new soundtracks won't be necessary anymore.

Okay, I see. As always, I was hoping for the Lone Survivor soundtrack and some more Battlefield, like Thunder Run and some others.

Requests can always be taken. The last update added some requests that's been posted here. Although I'm not sure when I will update the mod again.

I'm probably gonna attempt to add my own in, unless a quick request (I've requested this a lot, sorry for being a nusience..) can be taken..

I would, but it's a lot to go into. You'll have to download from youtube, convert those mp3 files to ogg files because Arma 3 only takes that format. Then you'll need a config.cfg and script all the sections, duration, class names and display names of those soundtracks, include all the songs into one folder together with the config file and then pack it into a pbo file. Last thing you need is heading to the publisher tool of Arma 3 and create your mod there.

If there's any chances you could take a few requests, or maybe provide some insight on how to create a music mod myself, perhaps a few songs from older Medal of Honor game soundtracks would fit in here. And some more C&C soundtracks would be great to hear as well.

Don't mind about Powered By Sauber Engines, he's a friend, just ignore him. He was on day release, but they decided he was fit to re-enter society.

And police school is doing great, I have a week vacation, so that's why I had the time to finish it as well :) I hope you like the update!

Good news. This is no false promise anymore. The big update I promised for a long time is coming before next monday. So basically within this weekend. My usual update sizes includes 10 to 15 soundtracks, but this time there will be at least 20 to 25 new ones. Which ones will be a surprise, but I will provide 2 teaser soundtracks that WILL be included into the list. Both are Tanoa/jungle themed.

Don't worry, this mod has not died yet. I haven't completely gave up on its development, even though it already has a lot of content. It's just that I have to find the right moment on the right time to update it. Will there be an update close by? Probably not. But will there never be an update anymore? No. There will be, I just don't know exactly when. I do appreciate your support though :)

Can't tell you for sure. I might, but right now, I'm in exam period. And even after those, I'm still pretty busy. Police school is incredibly hard, so I barely have any time for myself. And if I do, I'd rather spend that precious time on playing some games for relaxation than working on this mod. I hope you understand, and apologies if I couldn't live up to my promise. I made it before I knew I would be so busy. Well, you got your answer! Maybe in christmas vacation, who knows? :)

The scripting itself isn't that hard, it just takes up a lot of time and considering you have repeat the same script for each song over and over and over again, it gets quite repetitive. You have to do some easy math to convert the minutes of the song into seconds, give them matching names to fit the script and give them a title, so I'd just make it a 6.

As a second note to everyone else, I'm sorry for the huge delay of the special update (again). I'm currently dealing with a lot of university paperwork, preparations and such, but no worries, the new update will be released at least before september. Apologies again for the delay.

Great tracks! Curious on a scale of 1-10, how difficult was it to make this mod? Since I only know about adding 3D sounds through scripting in game and would much rather just have myself play music as zeus.

As soon as Apex is released, there'll be a new update coming to celebrate. It'll be a bigger list than you have seen so far. Including jungle-themed to fit the Tanoa landscape. So Uncharted 4 soundtracks might be included. I'm sorry for the long wait, but currently I'm incredibly busy. Thank you guys for your patience! :) And I really appreciate the feedback ratings!
