bulldozer literally does not work and wont go forward at all

That's actually pretty common because SCars is coded like garbage. It has a lot of add-on conflicts, so you'll have to figure out what to disable to make it work.

Or just use Simfphys, because it's far better.

I asked people who know more about it than I do, and they said construction equipment is almost always manual.

Shouldn't the bulldozer have an automatic transmission? I mean I don't think bulldozers used manuals back in the past decades when it was an existance (despite this GTA: SA version having tyres/wheels instead of tracks)

neither of them move for me. they will rev and the steering works, but they wont move forward or backwards

Glad it's working for you. It's colourable too, but I'm not quite happy with the lack of range in the saturation. I'll probably tweak the materials tiny bit to allow it to be more vibrant.

Updated the model to my current not-an-idiot-with-a-tab-space-fetish standards while I was at it. If there's any problems, let me know and I'll fix them.

Slight update to the code for the SCar. If you don't have SCars, it won't even load the SCars version, and vis-a-vis for the Simfphys.
