Just make a physics mesh for the model. You can look up more info on the Valve Developer Wiki. Search something like "valve physics mesh" in Google and you'll find it. Things like QC commands for physics are also something you should research a bit.
After you export the physics mesh (which should be parented to the same bone as your model) add this in your QC:
$CollisionModel "your physics mesh.smd"
{
$mass <amount of mass you want your model to have>
}
