It's recommended that you have Advanced Vehicle Options installed in order to have an engine at the back of the train.
Personally I chaged the acceleration to 0.2 and the breaking to 0.8 to make it behave more realistic, as well as changing the top speed to 300.
There is an other (minor) problem : the train is a bit scaled down, so it's 75% the true size. This was needed because trailers and engines in real life are really long compared to height, and the game can not support vehicles that long, it should cause the vehicle to be completely buggy.
Looks awesome on the pictures tho.
